Utilities

Pay your utility services, including water bills, through the Town of Medicine Park’s secure payment portal.

Water bills can also be dropped in the drop-off box located in front of the Town Hall.

Lodging & Camping

Make payments related to lodging stays and camping fees within Medicine Park.

Medicine Park Primitive Campground Rules:

• Permit is Required. You must fill out an pay before camping. Permits are located outside Town Hall at 154 East Lake Drive. Fill out permit, deposit money in envelope, tear off hanger and place on rear view mirror. Place envelope with money in drop box.

• $15/night (7 night maximum stay)

• Tents/Campers are permitted in designated site areas only. No more than 2 tents/campers on each campsite.

• Parking of vehicles in designated parking areas only.

• Campfires are permitted in designated fire pits only (within fire ring).

• Bring your own firewood; scavenging of campgrounds is not allowed.

• Use caution when using camp stoves and grills.

• No open grills or campfires during a fire ban.

• No swimming in the creek area adjacent to the campgrounds.

• Fishing permitted with a valid and current state license according to state and federal laws prescribing open and closed seasons for fishing. Children under the age of 16 do not require a permit.

• Keep your campsites quiet after 10pm on weekdays and 12 am on weekends.

• Clear site of all trash before you leave and place in trashcans.

• Campsite must be vacated by 3pm.

Permits & Registrations

Submit payments for permits,  golf cart registrations, and business-related fees.

Effective January 1, 2020: All Completed Permit Applications for Building, Remodel, Signs, Business, Short-Term Rental, Fence will be due in Town Hall one (1) week prior to the regularly scheduled Planning and Preservation Commission meetings. If your application is not complete or is missing documents, it will not be placed on the agenda.

Medicine Park is quickly becoming a popular destination for private events of all sizes—from small, intimate gatherings to large celebrations. Surrounded by the scenic beauty of the Wichita Mountains and Medicine Creek, the town offers a unique and memorable setting for any occasion.

Event-related payments, including venue use and reservations, can be completed through the town’s secure payment system.

Please DO NOT submit a payment unless your date has been confirmed.
